Jeff Justis has been directly involved in the design and development of over 3,400 multifamily units and approximately 2.5 million square feet of industrial space, including large-scale speculative industrial and cold-storage facilities. His professional experience includes senior leadership roles at Justis Development, Landmark Companies, Altman Development, and the Seminole Tribe of Florida.
Jeff holds a Bachelor of Architecture from Florida Atlantic University and maintains multiple Florida licenses as a Registered Architect, Certified Building Contractor, and Real Estate Broker. This integrated skill set allows Justis Development to evaluate opportunities with a level of technical and financial rigor that extends well beyond traditional development underwriting.
